IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Proof of Citizenship: No exceptions. All passengers must bring one of the following proofs of citizenship: passport, notarized birth certificate, voter registration card, notarized affidavit of citizenship, or military discharge papers. On the four or more day trips a PAID Visa is required. Can be obtained at any Mexican Consulate, at the border, or through Bob. Bob needs to know how you will acquire your Visa. For information please call us.

INDIVIDUAL FISHING LICENSES AND TOURIST PERMITS REQUIRED BY MEXICO ARE NOT INCLUDED. WE CAN PROVIDE THESE FOR YOU. ASK BOB ABOUT CURRENT PRICES BEING CHARGED.

IMPORTANT! Absolutely NO illegal drugs or fireworks allowed on board! This is a zero tolerance boat. No illegal drugs or fireworks are permitted on board at any time. Illegal drugs will be confiscated and offenders will be put ashore at the nearest port.

Boarding: Due to safety reasons, boarding will be scheduled during daylight hours and high tide. You can find out the high tide schedule from your charter master or our office.

Top Deck: You are welcome to use the top deck for sunning while we are at anchor only. If you need something from the top deck while under way, please ask one of the crew members to get it for you.

Hook Safety: Each year we have to remove a few hooks from people. This is usually the result of carelessness. Watch where you are casting. Do not leave hooks or jigs hanging free on rods not in use. Please let your guide remove hooks from fish.

Watch Your Step: The forward hatch to the engine room is usually open, and there is gear on the deck that may cause you to trip or fall. Please watch your step.

Toilets: Do not put paper in the toilet. Due to the size and bends of the piping, paper may clog and cause toilets to overflow. Use waste baskets provided.

Bait: 100% participation is expected when making bait.

Used Fishing Line And/Or Plastics: Please do not throw anything overboard, including used fishing line. Give old line to Bob so it may be properly disposed of and not pollute the Sea of Cortez.

Meals: Please relax and enjoy your meals. But do not hang on when finished, as other passengers and crew are waiting to eat.

No Smoking: Please NO SMOKING in all indoor areas.

Empty Bottles: Mexican beer bottles are returned for deposit. Do not throw away.

Extra Costs: Bring money for touring San Felipe. Tackle is available on board (line, lures, hooks, lead, etc.). Also rods and reels are for rent on board. For this reason, we do not allow any passengers to sell or rent tackle from another guest while on board. Your fish will be processed per your request at the end of the trip for a nominal fee. Tipping the crew is greatly appreciated but not mandatory.

INDIVIDUAL FISHING LICENSES AND TOURIST PERMITS REQUIRED BY MEXICO ARE NOT INCLUDED. WE CAN PROVIDE THESE FOR YOU. ASK BOB ABOUT CURRENT PRICES BEING CHARGED.

Parking: You may park your vehicle at Bob Castellon's fenced yard at his house for the length of your trip. You will be taken to and from the parking area. There is no charge for this service.

Drinks and Snacks. You are welcome to bring your own beverages, beer, sodas, etc. These are also for sale on board. On charter trips, they will have to be prepaid. PLEASE NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED ABOARD BOAT!

Ice Chests. You will be allowed 2 ice chests, please none over 96 quarts.

Mexican Insurance & Permits. Your Mexican fishing license is not provided. If you drive to San Felipe, you will also need Mexican vehicle insurance for your two travel days.

Jackpots: There will not be a boat-sanctioned jackpot. If your group desires one, the charter master will be responsible for all aspects of it.

Totuava: This highly-prized game fish is excellent food fare, but it is on the Endangered Species List. For this reason we cannot and will not take these fish! We will continue to observe this moratorium for as long as it is in effect.

Policy on Deposit: Deposit is refundable only if space is unavailable for your desired trip or if reservation is cancelled by written notice at least 90 days prior to the reserved date. No refunds within 90 days of trip. We cannot transfer monies from one customer to another. Deposit is 1/3 of the cost of your trip. We will need your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and your e-mail address if possible. Refer to above Visa's. Balance is due in full 90 days prior to departure. If your reservation is received less than 60 days from departure date, full payment is required.

If you have any questions or problems with any of the above, please feel free to call.

Trip "Philosophy": You can fish from sunrise to sunset, or go diving, beachcombing, birdwatching, or just catch up on your zzz's. It's YOUR trip. You can be assured that your vacation adventure will make you want to come back year after year! ALL TRIPS AND DESTINATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.
